1月26日，河南金融监管局日前发布《关于中原银行变更股权的批复》，同意洛阳国晟投资控股集团有限公司受让洛阳市财政局持有该行的1361571120股股份。受让后，洛阳市财政局不再持有该行股份，洛阳国晟投资控股集团有限公司持有该行1361571120股股份，持股比例为3.73%。
