当地时间1月23日，英伟达在美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的监管文件中披露，2026年1月20日，珀西丝·德雷尔（Persis Drell）从公司董事会辞职，包括董事会薪酬委员会成员职务，即日生效。据了解，珀西丝·德雷尔是斯坦福大学材料科学与工程系教授兼物理系教授，于2015年加入英伟达董事会。
