北京商报讯（记者 程靓）1月25日上午，北京市第十六届人民代表大会第四次会议在北京会议中心开幕。市长殷勇作政府工作报告。
报告提出，过去五年，北京坚定疏解非首都功能，城乡建设用地规模减量约50平方公里，地区生产总值年均增长5.2%，经济总量连续迈上4万亿、5万亿两个台阶，蹚出一条减量背景下超大城市转型发展的新路子，实现"十四五"圆满收官。
