2026年1月23日，北京市考古研究院正式落户丰台蒲黄榆。
北京市考古研究院是北京市的重要考古研究机构，负责北京地区的考古调查、勘探和发掘工作，并承担文物保护和研究任务。
“十四五”期间，北京市考古研究院承担考古发掘的金中都、琉璃河、南老君堂、箭扣长城等遗址均取得重要考古成果。
