智通财经APP讯，星悦康旅(03662)发布公告，于2026年1月14日，公司全资附属公司广州番禺悦禧(作为承租方)与出租方横琴深合资产运营(独立第三方)订立租赁合同，据此，出租方同意根据租赁合同，将位于番禺奥园广场的租赁物业出租予广州番禺悦禧，用于合法商业经营活动，租期为10年，自2026年2月1日起至2036年1月31日止。
