1月23日，中国海警东沙舰、三门舰持续在中国黄岩岛附近海域搜救外籍货船遇险船员，截至18时，已救起17人，其中15人生命体征稳定，2人不幸遇难。目前，救援行动仍在紧张进行。中国海警将持续在事发海域开展搜救工作，并为已救起的船员提供饮食保障、医疗检查和休息场所，有效保障船员生命安全。
