1月23日，华侨城A公告，公司董事会近日收到公司副总裁倪明涛递交的书面辞职报告，倪明涛因个人原因辞去公司副总裁职务，离任后将不再担任公司任何职务。倪明涛的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，其离任后不会对公司的正常生产经营活动造成影响。截至本公告日，倪明涛未持有公司股票。
