1月23日，启明信息（002232）发布公告，董事赵起因公司治理结构调整申请辞去公司第七届董事会非独立董事职务。辞任后，赵起在公司的其他职务不变，且未持有公司股份。
同时，公司召开职工代表大会，选举赵起为职工代表董事，任期自本次大会选举通过之日起至公司第七届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，启明信息实现收入4.27亿元，归母净利润-2811万元。
