1月22日，西点药业（301130）发布公告，公司计划回购A股股份用于实施员工持股计划或股权激励，回购金额不低于2500万元，且不超过5000万元，回购价格上限为42元/股，预计回购股份数量在60万股至119万股，约占总股本的0.78%至1.56%，回购期限为自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
2025年前三季度，西点药业实现收入1.89亿元，归母净利润3315万元。
