1月22日，农业农村部副部长张兴旺在国新办新闻发布会上介绍，2025年种业振兴行动扎实推进，农作物自主选育品种面积占比超过95%，畜禽、水产、蔬菜国产种源市场占有率分别超过80%、86%和91%。特别是，前些年自主占有率相对低的品种如西兰花等市场占有率迅速提高。
