【财华社讯】英诺赛科(02577.HK)公布，公司接获公司董事长兼执行董事、控股股东集团成员Weiwei Luo博士发出的承诺函件。根据禁售承诺，Luo博士将自2026年1月22日起后的12个月内不减持其实益拥有的154,705,540股公司股份(包括77,352,770股境内未上市股份及77,352,770股H股)。
