近日，瑞金警方接群众报警称，停放在路边的摩托车被盗，民警立即展开调查，锁定嫌疑人刘某并将其抓获归案，到案后刘某文拒不供述犯罪事实，在完整的证据链条之下，民警最终以“零口供”将犯罪嫌疑人刘某依法行政拘留，目前被盗摩托车已追回，案件正在进一步办理中。来源：瑞金公安
