1月21日，申通快递（002468）发布公告，近日公司收到玉环市人民法院送达的《民事起诉状》和《应诉通知书》，案件已立案受理，尚未开庭审理。
此次诉讼由自然人奚春阳提起，主要涉及其与公司实际控制人陈小英之间的离婚财产分割，要求确认陈小英名下的4057万股股份（占公司总股份的2.65%，相应的注册资本金为4057万元）中2028万股归其所有。
2025年前三季度，申通快递实现收入385.70亿元，归母净利润7.56亿元。
