【三星正采用2nm制程工艺设计HBM逻辑芯片】《科创板日报》21日讯，三星正在采用2nm制程工艺设计用于定制化HBM的逻辑芯片，其于此前已将4nm制程应用于HBM4（第六代HBM）的逻辑芯片，该产品预计将于今年投入商业化生产。
