ST华西（002630）发布公告，公司于2026年1月21日召开第六届董事会第二十一次会议，决定聘任吴胜峰为公司董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会任期届满。公司董事长黄有全不再代行董事会秘书职责。
