1月21日，法国能源公司Engie发表声明称，其与百事公司英国分公司签署了一份为期十年的生物甲烷采购协议。根据协议，Engie将新建一座厌氧消化（AD）工厂，每年为百事公司供应链提供60吉瓦时的生物甲烷，其相当于超过5000户家庭的天然气消耗量。该合同计划于2027年开始执行。
