财联社1月21日电，午后存储芯片概念再度拉升，金太阳、兴森科技涨停，此前盈方微、至正股份、大港股份、通富微电涨停，兆易创新涨超6%，续创历史新高，赛腾股份、紫光国微、中电港等涨幅靠前。消息面上，三星与海力士已向服务器、PC及智能手机用DRAM客户提出涨价，今年一季度报价将较去年第四季度上涨60%-70%。
