（一）1月20日，德州乐陵，胡先生反映2025年12月30日驾驶别克车行驶在高速上，车辆突然失火并且刹车失灵。消防出具了调查认定书，判定起火原因是电气线路故障。4S店表示，厂家也进行了鉴定，认为是排气管粘上易燃物导致起火，并非质量问题。
