格隆汇1月20日丨精优药业(00858.HK)宣布，自2026年1月20日起，方林虎(自2001年6月11日起担任独立非执行董事)，由于年事已高，并为能将更多时间投入家庭事务，已辞任独立非执行董事、公司审核委员会及薪酬委员会主席以及公司提名委员会成员职务(「辞任」)。自2026年1月20日起，杨晓蓉获委任为独立非执行董事。
