1月20日，新特电气（301120）发布公告，公司董事会同意聘任马晟为董事会秘书，任期至第五届董事会届满之日止。
马晟，曾任瑞泰人寿保险有限公司组合投资经理，金利华电（300069）证券事务代表、副总经理、董事会秘书，2026年1月起任公司董事会秘书。
2025年前三季度，新特电气实现收入3.24亿元，归母净利润3773万元。
