新京报贝壳财经讯 1月20日，海尔智家公告，公司拟推出D股股份回购计划，回购资金总额最高不超过200万欧元(不含相关费用)，或拟回购最大数量不超过100万股，约占公司D股股本的0.369%，占公司总股本的0.011%。回购的D股将被注销，进而减少公司注册资本。
