1月20日，世名科技（300522）发布公告，控股股东江苏锋晖新能源发展有限公司将其持有的1150万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的21.01%及公司总股本的3.57%。同时解除质押股份2737万股，占其所持股份的50%及公司总股本的8.49%。
截至公告披露日，江苏锋晖累计质押1150万股，占其持股总数的21.01%。
2025年前三季度，世名科技实现收入5.39亿元，归母净利润1848万元。
