1月20日，海油发展（600968）发布公告，杜向东辞去董事及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，辞任时间为2026年1月19日，原因是公司治理结构调整。
此外，公司于2026年1月19日召开职工代表大会，选举杜向东为职工代表董事，任期至公司第五届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，海油发展实现收入339.47亿元，归母净利润28.53亿元。
