1月20日，财政部副部长廖岷在国新办新闻发布会上表示，本次优化调整个人消费贷款贴息政策，将信用卡账单分期业务纳入到了贴息范围，取消现有政策当中对一些消费领域的限制。新政策意味着只要是消费贷款都可以享受贴息。
