据上海贝岭官微消息，上海贝岭开始批量交付车规级发动机点火IGBT专用栅极驱动芯片SAQ3100，该芯片专为发动机点火IGBT驱动场景定制开发：不仅能精准实现IGBT通断控制，更集成线圈电流精准调控、火花事件抑制等核心功能，为汽油燃油发动机动力系统提供可靠的芯片级支撑。较传统分立驱动方案，具有体积小、集成保护功能等优势。
