人民财讯1月20日电，1月20日，财政部副部长廖岷在国新办新闻发布会上表示，我国地方政府债务风险逐步收敛。2025年财政部加强存量隐性债务置换全流程管理，指导地方科学分类、精确置换，各地置换以后债务平均利息成本降低超2.5个百分点，大大降低了地方政府负担，增强了地方发展动能。
