财联社1月20日电，财政部副部长廖岷表示，2025年，坚持在发展中化债，在化债中发展。各地通过债务置换后，债务平均利息成本降低超2.5个百分点，大大降低了地方政府负担，增强了地方发展的动力。随着各项措施如期落地、持续显效，我国地方政府债务风险逐步收敛。
