据新华社重庆1月20日电 记者从重庆市相关部门获悉，18日上午举行的重庆马拉松比赛中，一名男性参赛选手在比赛途中突发疾病，经送医抢救无效去世。
事件发生后，赛事组委会第一时间启动应急预案，目前善后事宜正在处置中。
