1月19日，精工科技（002006）发布公告，近日公司召开第九届董事会第十五次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司副总裁的议案》。公司决定聘任沈建明为副总裁，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第九届董事会任期结束之日，即2027年8月27日。
2025年前三季度，精工科技实现收入13.43亿元，归母净利润1.45亿元。
