财联社1月20日电，存储芯片概念开盘活跃，普冉股份涨超8%再创新高，盈方微涨停，北京君正、佰维存储、神工股份、大为股份、香农芯创、恒烁股份跟涨。消息面上，美光科技公司表示，内存芯片短缺在过去一个季度愈演愈烈，并重申供应紧张状况将持续到今年之后，原因是人工智能基础设施建设对高端半导体的需求激增。“我们当前看到的短缺程度的确前所未见。”
