1月19日傍晚，岛城的气温持续下降，本市最低温度达到了-9℃，寒风瑟瑟和冰点气温，让下班路上的行人冻得打哆嗦。接孩子放学家长则是把孩子全身包裹严实，避免被冻感冒。青岛市气象台也发布了寒潮预警和路面结冰橙色提醒。
