近日，美国企业家埃隆·马斯克向美国联邦法院提交文件，以OpenAI背弃其非营利初衷，与微软合作，对他构成欺诈为由，要求OpenAI和微软向其支付788亿至1345亿美元的赔偿。如果赔偿请求获得法院支持，马斯克将至多获得1345亿美元（约合9373亿元人民币）的赔偿。文件还提到，马斯克还计划寻求惩罚性赔偿。案件庭审预计将于今年4月启动。
