张本平，笔名张平、沃野、安帮，苦研斋主，1991年加入中国共产党。1954年1月生，郑州市人，原籍周口郸城。北京人文大学文学系毕业，知名作家、评论家、鉴赏家、书法家、教育家，是享受国务院特殊津贴的专家。
