1月19日，汇通达网络（09878）发布公告，近日已接获中国证监会就实施H股全流通出具的备案通知书。
根据该通知书，本公司已就合计3.5亿股内资股转为H股完成向中国证监会备案，备案通知书自2026年1月15日起有效期为12个月。公司将向香港联交所申请批准相关H股上市及买卖。
