1月19日，市北高新（600604）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润约亏损3.3亿元至2.8亿元，扣除非经常性损益后的归母净利润预计亏损3.5亿元至3亿元。
公告指出，业绩预亏的主要原因是2025年度上海区域未实现产业载体销售，以及新竣工的静安国际科创社区产业载体摊销成本同比大幅增加等因素。
2025年前三季度，市北高新实现收入8.16亿元，归母净利润-1.87亿元。
