1月19日，西部黄金（601069）发布公告，控股股东新疆有色金属工业（集团）有限责任公司计划自2026年2月11日至2025年5月11日期间，通过集中竞价交易方式减持股份不超过911万股，不超过公司总股本的1%。
2025年前三季度，西部黄金实现收入104.04亿元，归母净利润2.96亿元。
