雷达财经讯，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，海通证券股份有限公司登记状态由存续变更为注销。该公司成立于1993年2月，法定代表人为周杰，注册资本约130.6亿人民币，经营范围包括证券经纪、证券自营、证券承销与保荐等。
据媒体报道，此前海通证券发布公告称，上交所决定对公司A股股票予以终止上市。根据公告，该公司注销法人资格。
