财联社1月19日电，西比曼生物宣布，阿斯利康将收购其GPC3装甲型CAR-T疗法C-CAR031在中国的剩余50%权益。阿斯利康将获得C-CAR031在全球范围内开发、生产和商业化的独家权益。根据协议条款，西比曼将从阿斯利康获得最高达6.3亿美元的款项，其中包括针对GPC3项目在中国的首付款以及开发、监管和销售里程碑付款。 (界面新闻记者 李科文)
