大寒节气前后，四川部分地区有着做醪糟的传统，因其洁白如雪、口感软糯，在四川泸县，当地人也把醪糟称为“雪糯”“福醪”，寓意新年福到。醪糟可以用于醪糟汤、汤圆、荷包蛋等多种食物的煮制中，独特的口感和香气受到大家的喜爱。
