观点网讯：1月18日，新鸿基旗下西沙SIERRA SEA第2A期次轮229伙单位沽清后，发展商紧急加推6号价单，涉及155伙单位，实用面积297至700平方呎，扣除最高15%折扣后折实价370万元起，折实呎价10698至15300元。同时项目将于周三推售218伙单位。
过往报道，1月16日，新鸿基地产旗下西沙SIERRA SEA第2A期次轮经核实共接获49257个购楼意向登记，当中881张票为代理入票，以1月17日推售的229伙单位计算，超额认购逾214倍。
