当白天的咖啡醇香在暮色中悄然转化为夜晚的酒香微醺,当日光浴场在灯光与音乐中变身为露天派对,一种被称为“潮汐经济”的商业模式正在全球滨水地带掀起浪潮。日咖夜酒,这一看似简单的业态组合,实则是精准捕捉现代消费节奏的时空折叠术——它将两种消费场景、两类消费人群、两种情绪价值,完美压缩进同一物理空间,创造出惊人的坪效与人效。
