北京时间1月17日，据博主“清蒸树袋熊_GuoAn”消息，原国安助教海梅-帕兹（西班牙籍）将加入深圳青年人教练组。
该博主写道：“原国安助理教练海梅-帕兹将跟随拉米罗一同加盟深圳青年人。”
2025年初，海梅-帕兹加入了北京国安的教练组，辅佐塞蒂恩，之后塞蒂恩下课后，海梅-帕兹还辅佐了拉米罗。
此前，原国安临时主教练拉米罗-阿马雷担任了深圳青年人新任主帅。
