1月16日，中兰环保（300854）发布公告，公司于2026年1月15日召开第四届董事会第十三次会议，审议通过了关于聘任公司财务负责人的议案。
董事会同意聘任林燕娜担任公司财务负责人，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会届满之日止。
2025年前三季度，中兰环保实现收入3.76亿元，归母净利润-2063万元。
