1月16日，中国国贸（600007）发布公告，吴相仁因退休辞去副董事长、执行董事、薪酬委员会委员职务。辞职后，吴相仁将不在公司及控股子公司任职。
2026年1月16日，公司召开董事会会议，选举余元堂为副董事长、执行董事及薪酬委员会委员。
2025年前三季度，中国国贸实现收入28.21亿元，归母净利润9.40亿元。
