1月16日，富煌钢构（002743）发布公告，杨俊斌因个人原因，申请辞去公司董事长、董事以及董事会战略委员会主任委员职务，辞职后，杨俊斌将不再继续在公司担任其他职务。
2025年前三季度，富煌钢构实现收入23.48亿元，归母净利润4130万元。
