1月16日，归创通桥（2190.HK）宣布，已经与德国专注微创血管介入与泌尿介入的医疗科技公司Optimed Medizinische Instrumente GmbH（以下简称“Optimed”）签署协议，将通过分阶段方式收购其股权，并拥有在未来收购Optimed全部剩余股权及对应权益的期权。
