1月16日，商务部消息，商务大数据显示，受节后补库影响，1月5日至11日，全国36个大中城市鸡蛋、白条鸡零售价格环比分别上涨0.6%和0.1%。南方地区鸡蛋价格涨幅明显，其中合肥、厦门分别上涨2.3%和2.0%。中部地区白条鸡价格涨幅居前，其中郑州、武汉分别上涨1.4%和1.1%。
