格隆汇1月15日｜泰伦能源公司宣布以34.5亿美元从Energy Capital Partners(ECP)收购三座天然气发电设施。此次交易将通过收购俄亥俄州的沃特福德能源中心(Waterford Energy Center)和达比发电站(Darby Generating Station)，以及印第安纳州的劳伦斯堡电厂(Lawrenceburg Power Plant)，为泰伦的投资组合增加约2.6吉瓦的天然气发电容量。收购价格包括25.5亿美元现金和约9亿美元的泰伦能源股票。
