海底捞(06862)公布，6亿美元于2026年到期的2.150%票据于2026年1月14日到期。公司已于到期日按票据剩余的待偿还本金额2.8548亿美元悉数赎回票据。公司认为，到期赎回待偿还票据将不会对其财务状况造成重大影响。待偿还票据将于赎回后即时注销，并将从香港联合交易所有限公司除牌。
