北京商报讯（记者 孟凡霞 周义力）1月14日，国家金融监督管理总局宝鸡监管分局发布《关于长安银行股份有限公司收购陕西太白长银村镇银行股份有限公司并设立分支机构的批复》，同意长安银行收购陕西太白长银村镇银行并设立长安银行太白县支行，承接陕西太白长银村镇银行清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工等。
